firefighter is a person who fights destructive fire. He is a very familiar
figure in our country. Firefighters are seen in each country in the world.
There is no country in the world where there is no fire service. However, a firefighter
generally works in the fire department. He wears his departmental uniform. His
main job is to put out the fire. It is a very risky job. Physical fitness,
strength, courage, speed, and balance are very important for this kind of job. A
firefighter always remains on duty. When he gets the news of an accident, he
goes to the spot. Then he fights with fire and saves others’ lives at the risk
of his own life. He is a great social worker. He plays an important role in our
society. In fact, a firefighter is a protector of our society. We should
respect him for his noble work.
